The NP Now is a Primary Care Practice that offers Patient Centered Care to adults (18 years and older) through telemedicine.
Telemedicine visits allow patients to access much-needed healthcare from the comfort of their homes. Our providers treat the vast majority of diagnoses with compassion and dignity.
Our Providers use a flexible approach to wellness to promote early recognition of health-related issues, improve compliance, and reduce or prevent stressful and costly hospitalizations. Our Providers can order and review annual labs, order appropriate vaccinations, mammograms, bone scans to detect chronic diseases and assist patients with further prevention.

Payal "Pia" Patel, APRN, FNP - C, has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since August 2015 in different healthcare settings. She graduated from Troy University in 2015.
Pia also graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing in Education and Administration in 2013. Pia has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in different clinical settings during her training and after graduation. She also has vast experience as a hospitalist Nurse Practitioner when she was working in Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (Bradenton, FL) and Providence Hospital (Mobile, AL).
Pia also worked as an adjunct clinical instructor simultaneously in 2021. Pia elects to provide holistic care to her patients by carefully listening to her patients and their family members and then creating appropriate plan of care. She has received many compliments for her care by her patients and administrators throughout her career many times.
Now, Pia has transitioned to provide direct care to her patients through the Telehealth platform for easy access to care promptly. Thus, it will eliminate long wait times, and it will ensure the primary emphasis on care for her patients and their well-being.
Pia ensures her patients feel they are heard, seen, and understood during each visit. Pia has a passion for knowing her patients and guarantees that her patients are collaborators in achieving both physical and emotional well-being.
